NOCD Inc., a remote digital health company, is seeking a Full Time Licensed Therapist in Arizona to help patients manage OCD. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, providing evidence-based therapies, and collaborating with a network of professionals. Benefits include competitive compensation, remote work, and professional development opportunities.
NOCD is an award-winning digital health company focused on identifying people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and managing them using evidence-based treatment. Although OCD affects over 181 million people globally and is ranked by the W.H.O. as a top 10 most disabling condition, over 90% of the OCD population isn’t able to access effective care due to stigma and misdiagnosis. As a result, OCD patients often go untreated and suffer in silence, earning it the nickname "the secret illness."
NOCD is addressing this global issue by identifying OCD patients online and providing management through our evidence-based OCD treatment platform. Members can access licensed mental health professionals trained specifically in OCD via online diagnostic interviews, video-based teletherapy sessions, and message-based support. Between sessions, members can utilize moderated support communities and therapeutic tools to ensure continuous support, even when their provider isn't available. Our app-based, integrated model has been shown to be effective in reducing OCD symptoms, as evidenced by research from Columbia Medical Center.
Today, NOCD manages the largest community of OCD patients worldwide. We are supported by 7wire Ventures, a leading healthcare-focused venture capital firm in the United States. We are committed to changing lives and are seeking like-minded individuals to join us in expanding our efforts.
