Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure - or in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Utilize evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maximize function across physical, emotional, social, and cognitive domains for patients and families.
