Schedule: full-time, 11:00am-7:00pm weekdays and 7:00am-12:00pm Saturdays. Salary range: $70,000-$85,000 per year. Qualifications include an Accredited PTA associate degree, active NJ PTA license, CPR/BLS, NJ PTA scope knowledge,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Understanding of New Jersey scope of practice for PTAs.
• Competence in musculoskeletal interventions.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Implement therapeutic exercise progression and functional training.
• Collect and report objective data to inform care updates.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Document each treatment session and obtain necessary co-signatures.
• Communicate with supervising PT regarding patient status and care plans.
• Participate in regular check-ins for case reviews.
