• No current or pending licensure discipline or Medicare/Medicaid exclusion.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/transfer patients up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel between Care Center locations within the network.

Description: Join our team as a Physical Therapist, specializing in musculoskeletal conditions, in an outpatient setting. This full-time position is located in Edison, NJ, with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-7:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm. The role requires a strong understanding of patient care, compliance with New Jersey regulations, and proficiency in electronic health records.

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Compliance with NJ Board of Physical Therapy Examiners continuing competency requirements.
• Completion of compliance training including HIPAA and coding integrity.
• No current or pending licensure discipline or exclusion from Medicare/Medicaid.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/transfer patients up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel between Care Center locations within the network.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Preferred experience in outpatient orthopedic clinical settings; new graduates considered with mentorship.
• Experience in a physician-affiliated outpatient setting is a plus.
• Strong clinical reasoning across common outpatient musculoskeletal diagnoses.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health record documentation.
• Cultural competence and patient-centered communication skills.
