Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement PT programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain strength and function under the direction of the Director of Rehab.

As a PTA at Powerback, you’ll work closely with therapists, support staff, and patients in a caring, patient-centered environment that emphasizes growth, mentorship, and delivering high-quality care across settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer when needed.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion.
