Pay Range

This range is provided by CenterWell Home Health. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Base pay range: $58,400.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Role Responsibilities

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
• Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients’ progress and submit clinical paperwork on time each week.
• Attend educational meetings and contribute to department in-services.
• Notify the physical therapist or Executive Director of any equipment failures, supply shortages, staff or patient changes, and other departmental issues.
• Schedule clients and perform various office tasks.
• Apply infection control concepts and universal precautions during patient care activities.
• Accept clinical assignments aligned with your education and competence to care for patients.
• Promote compliance with fiscal intermediaries and third-party payors through education, coaching, and assistance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Minimum two years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Knowledge of geriatric physical, emotional, social, and biological changes.
• Self-directed, enthusiastic, receptive to constructive feedback.
• Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude and image for patients, families, colleagues, and others.
• Maintain current licensure and meet continuing education requirements.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Consistent attendance.

Additional Compensation Details

Pay per visit/unit: $37.00 - $52.00.

Annual base pay: $58,400 - $80,000.
