Signature HealthCARE of Bremen is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join Signature Rehab. You will support residents’ recovery and work with a care team to restore independence after rehab stays, skilled nursing care, and outpatient services.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited PTA program (minimum Associate’s Degree) and a valid PTA license in the state where services are rendered. Our benefits package supports health, wealth, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical staff to help residents recover and return to activities they enjoy.
• Assist in rehabilitation under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
• Support patients across rehab, short-term and outpatient services as needed.
