Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join Signature Rehab. You will provide rehabilitation therapies to residents in our Signature HealthCARE nursing homes and outpatient settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and functional independence.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program (Associate’s Degree) and an active PTA license in the state of service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate’s Degree.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.
