Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Clifton Forge, VA. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
Current, unencumbered PTA license in the relevant state.
At least 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.
Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
