Tender Touch Rehab Services in Maywood, NJ is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $42.00 per hour in SNF and long-term care settings.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PTA in the state, with an associate degree from an APTA‑accredited program, and strong communication and organizational skills. You will work under a licensed PT and contribute to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
