Tender Touch Rehab Services in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $35.00–$42.00 per hour in SNF and long-term care settings.

You will provide PTA services under supervision, help identify suitable patients, coordinate with the PT for evaluation, and ensure accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
