Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Maywood, NJ. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and compensation of $32.00-$42.00/hour, with visibility into growth within a leading therapy organization serving SNF and long-term care settings.

Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state. An Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
