Renewal Rehab in Lincoln, IL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide PT treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and help identify patients for therapy, coordinating evaluations as needed.

Qualificações

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
