You will provide PT Assistant services under a licensed PT, participate in patient selection and referrals, and coordinate with the PT to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The position emphasizes documentation accuracy, adherence to state guidelines, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT and follow state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and up-to-date required physician orders.
