Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position at our Ocean Grove, NJ site. This role includes supervising under a licensed PT, patient selection and coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
