Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role at our Ocean Grove, NJ site. You will provide PTAs under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF and long-term care settings, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
