Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in New Jersey (Blackwood area) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role provides therapy in SNF and long-term care settings, with flexible development opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

You will work under a licensed PT, coordinate patient referrals, and maintain regulatory documentation while contributing to team success and high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Active state PTA license.
• Excellent bedside manner and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
