AdvantageCare Rehabilitation in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-led team. You will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with exercises, and document patient progress under a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by the APTA or CAPTA.
• Hold a valid State Physical Therapy License.
• Demonstrated ability to support PT-directed treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under licensed PT.
• Collect and record patient history and progress notes.
• Execute treatment plans developed by a physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises, stretches and therapeutic activities.
• Observe and document patient responses to treatment.
• Report changes and progress to supervising PT.
• Adjust interventions based on patient performance and PT feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings on patient care plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
