Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Windsor, CT. The PTA will provide therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF and long-term care settings, coordinating with the PT for evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
