Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Windsor, CT team. This role offers competitive pay ($34–$40/hour) and flexible scheduling as part-time employment in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting.

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will support patient care, coordinate with PT for evaluations, and contribute to quality outcomes while maintaining proper documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
