Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Windsor, CT. The role involves delivering PT treatments under supervision in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting, with competitive hourly pay and strong professional development support.

You will identify suitable patients, coordinate with the supervising PT, document outcomes, and ensure orders are current.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program completed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
