Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time renewal rehab role in North Pekin, IL. The position offers a supportive culture, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing clinical education.

You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, coordinate care, and contribute to quality outcomes in SNF and long-term care settings. Licensed PTA in the state is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT per state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
