Job summary

Renewal Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF and long-term care teams on a part-time basis. Must hold an active PTA license in the state of Illinois and support therapist-led care under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
