Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Michigan. You will provide therapy under supervision and support patient progress.

A valid PTA license in the state is required and opportunities for professional growth are highlighted. The position offers competitive compensation between $55,000 and $70,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment focused on clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
