Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Michigan. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with a full-time schedule.

You will provide PT-assisted therapy under supervision, coordinate with the PT for evaluations, and help maintain compliant documentation. The role offers competitive benefits and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are up to date.
