Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT in Macomb, IL to join our growing team. You will work in SNF and long-term care settings delivering PTA-supervised therapy and supporting patient progress while adhering to state practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PTA to apply in Illinois.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow state practice guidelines and collaborate with PT.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
