Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Macomb, IL. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF and long-term care settings, helping identify appropriate patients and coordinating care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
