Bronte Health and Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our care team in Texas. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to design and implement treatment plans, provide one-on-one patient care, and help patients improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certificate in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Texas.
• Ability to lift, pivot, and transfer patients as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Design and implement treatment plans under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide one-on-one patient care, including exercises and therapeutic interventions.
• Assist patients in developing strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for seamless care and communication.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
• Participate in in-service education and training to stay current with best practices
