Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or PTA certificate from an accredited program.
• Current PTA certification in the state of Texas.
• Ability to lift, pivot, and transfer patients as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement treatment plans under a licensed PT.
• Provide one-on-one patient care with exercises and interventions.
• Help develop strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for seamless care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
• Participate in in-service education to stay current with best practices.
