Job summary

St. Andrew Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents in improving mobility, strength, and independence under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The PTA will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, educate residents and families, document services, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve discharge planning and resident goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Florida PTA license in good standing.
• Long-term Care/skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Position Summary
