We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Part‑Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high‑quality, patient‑focused care and support rehabilitation goals through prescribed treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, gait training, and balance activities
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and report progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Comply with all state regulations, facility policies, and professional standards

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the applicable state
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently under supervision
• Physical capability to assist patients with movement, transfers, and exercises

Preferred Qualifications
