Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Newton, MA, to provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will implement treatment plans, monitor patient responses, and document progress in an interdisciplinary rehab environment.

Qualifications include a PTA degree from an accredited program with current licensure; CPR certification is preferred.

• CPR certification preferred.
• Education: PTA degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report to supervising PT.
• Provide patient and family instructions on exercises and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient documentation and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
