Select Physical Therapy in Southaven, MS is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Assistant Center Manager. This full-time role oversees the outpatient therapy team and supports development toward a future center manager position.

Compensation is salaried with incentives and a structured growth path in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Eligible candidates will have a DPT/physical therapy degree, MS license, and outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• One year of outpatient experience.
• Licensed PT in good standing in the state of Mississippi.
• CPR certification.

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri

Compensation:Salaried, pending experience

In this role, you will help oversee our outpatient therapy team. This position is a platform for the training and development needed to be considered for a promotion to a center manager role.

• Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
• Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
• Support employee engagement and retention efforts
• Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues

• Provide an exceptional patient care experience

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• One (1) year of experience in the outpatient setting
• A valid state physical therapist license is required to start
• CPR Certification
