Responsibilities

The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA, LPTA) performs treatments, provides exercise instruction, and educates patients to improve their well-being, following the established plan of care.

Education and Experience

License Requirements

• Current license, registration, or certification to practice physical therapy in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
