PT Near Me seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home care across Florida. You will schedule your own visits, follow a PT-authored plan of care, and deliver skilled therapy directly in patients' homes with autonomy and flexible hours.

The position is contracted/PRN with per-visit pay and regional intake coordination. Ideal candidates have a PTA degree, Florida license or eligibility, and home health experience.

Job Description

PT Near Me is a Florida in-home physical therapy company. Our own licensed clinicians treat injury and post-accident patients one-on-one in their homes. We're hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes — a strong fit for a motivated PTA who values autonomy, flexible scheduling, and patient-centered care, with competitive per-visit pay, hours you set, and the freedom to add visits whenever you want. You schedule visits directly with your patients, follow the treatment plan written by the supervising PT, and we handle intake and the administrative back-office.

What you'll do

• Schedule visits directly with your own patients.
• Follow the treatment plan written by the supervising PT — the PT creates and updates the plan of care.
• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
• Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.

What you need

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
• Your own professional liability insurance.
• AHCA Level 2 background screening.
• Home health experience required.
