PT Near Me is a Florida in-home physical therapy company employing licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to provide one-on-one treatment in patients' homes. You will schedule visits, follow a PT-created plan of care, and deliver skilled therapy with autonomy and flexible hours.

We offer per-visit pay, the ability to add visits when you want, and back-office intake support. Home health experience is required; AHCA Level 2 background screening is part of the process.

Job Description

PT Near Me is a Florida in-home physical therapy company. Our own licensed clinicians treat injury and post-accident patients one-on-one in their homes. We're hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes — a strong fit for a motivated PTA who values autonomy, flexible scheduling, and patient-centered care, with competitive per-visit pay, hours you set, and the freedom to add visits whenever you want. You schedule visits directly with your patients, follow the treatment plan written by the supervising PT, and we handle intake and the administrative back-office.

What you'll do

• Schedule visits directly with your own patients.
• Follow the treatment plan written by the supervising PT — the PT creates and updates the plan of care.
• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
• Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.

What you need
