Job summary

PT Solutions in Marysville, California is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our acute care team, partnering with Adventist Health Rideout to expand access to transformative rehabilitation services.

You will administer therapy, build relationships with patients and hospital staff, and participate in evidence-based care with mentoring and ongoing education through MedBridge. The role offers competitive pay, PTO, licensure reimbursements, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy assistant program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $27 - $36/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
