Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient rehabilitation and acute care services, working with a diverse patient population across neuro, trauma, and ortho settings. You will provide evidence-based care and collaborate with hospital teams to improve functional outcomes.

Graduate of a CAPTE approved program with current or pending state licensure and BLS required. We offer strong development opportunities, mentorship, and our culture supports growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure (or pending).
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Annual Salary: $45 - $60 / hour

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
