InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at Winner Regional Health in Winner, SD. This position welcomes new graduates and offers a compensation package with a monthly incentive plan, CEU allowance, and ample time off.

The PTA will deliver high-quality therapy under supervision, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with the team to ensure patient-centered care in a rural healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current South Dakota PTA license or eligibility.
• Interest in rural healthcare and collaborative teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and use of modalities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
• Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and strategies to support recovery.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
