Job summary

InReach Rehab seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join Box Butte General Hospital in Alliance, NE. This position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, competitive wages, and a strong emphasis on patient-centered rehabilitation within a supportive rural network.

You will deliver therapy under a PT, help develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on home programs and safety. Nebraska PTA license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from a PTA program with Nebraska PTA licensure or eligibility.
• Nebraska PTA license eligibility or active license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Interest in rural healthcare and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist in development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities.
• Document patient progress and maintain clinical records.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other staff for coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the team culture.
