Qualifications

• BS/AS degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program with eligibility for licensure
• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice
• CPR certification is required
• Minimum of one year outpatient orthopedic experience
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Ability to document patient care accurately and timely
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and clinical decision-making abilities
• Physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with exercises
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
