Job summary

Aperion Care's Warren Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. You will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient-centered care, helping residents improve function and independence.

In this role you will implement treatment plans, document progress, collaborate with the healthcare team, and support patient education while maintaining a clean, infection-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Pass the national licensing exam.
• Obtain a state PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy treatments such as exercises, stretches, and modalities as directed by the physical therapist.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
