Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient services across North Carolina locations. The role focuses on orthopedic and related specialty areas with opportunities to engage in pelvic health, lymphedema, oncology, sports, and spine programs.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates, offering mentorship, a Clinical Excellence Program, and a clear pathway to lead clinics or expand services as TPS grows.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or license-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in orthopedic, pelvic health, lymphedema, oncology, sports, and spine areas.
• Support mentorship for new graduates or clinicians new to outpatient settings.
• Contribute to individualized care plans and participate in specialized programs aligned with therapist interests.

Compensation and bonuses vary based on location and experience: $56K-$68,600 plus Sign-on bonus, Productivity Bonuses, and Relocation Assistance.
