Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative team at Sport & Spine Physical Therapy. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality, personalized care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to support our patients' full recovery.

• - Direct Patient Care: Implement tailored treatment programs, carrying out therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques under the established plan of care.
• - Progress Monitoring: Track patient progress during sessions, report significant changes to the supervising PT, and assist with data gathering.
• - Patient Communication: Provide encouragement, education, and updates to patients, caregivers, and colleagues throughout their recovery journey.
• - Documentation & Collaboration: Ensure timely and accurate daily treatment notes, and work alongside our multidisciplinary team and technicians to maintain an organized, supportive clinic environment.
