Job summary

Aventura at Shiloh Springs in Trotwood, OH is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in a SNF/LTC setting.

The PTA will provide treatments under a licensed Physical Therapist, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to maximize residents' mobility and independence while ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio PTA license in good standing.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Net Health preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing high-quality resident care.

Aventura at Shiloh Springs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.
