Banner Physical Therapy in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist for Outpatient - Sports to join a close-knit team of 3 PTs. The role offers full-time schedules (Monday–Friday) with a starting compensation of $75,000+ plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a student loan repayment program of $350/month.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Formation

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certification
