• Implement therapeutic interventions as per the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist
• Assist in preparing patients for treatment and perform therapeutic exercises and functional training
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Colorado PTA license or eligibility
• CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping patients regain function and improve quality of life
