Job summary

Pleasant Acres Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support residents through personalized rehabilitation services. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will help residents achieve goals related to mobility, strength, safety, and independence.

The position emphasizes implementing therapy plans, guiding therapeutic activities, documenting care, and contributing to a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and documentation skills.
