Innovate Rehab and Wellness in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team full-time.

Under the supervision of a licensed PT, you will deliver hands-on, patient-centered therapy to help residents improve mobility and regain function in a collaborative setting. This role emphasizes one-on-one care, clinical outcomes, and a work schedule Monday–Friday with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and PTA program accreditation required.
• Valid state PTA license required.
• Rehab/clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, regain strength, and increase function.
• Support and deliver individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on, patient-centered care.
• Lead patients through exercises, mobility training, and rehab activities.
• Educate patients on safe techniques and assistive devices.
• Monitor and document patient progress; report changes to the PT.
• Maintain accurate, compliant therapy records.
