Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral to kickstart their recovery journey.
2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
3. Deliver top-quality physical therapy services to help patients regain mobility.
4. Train & supervise Restorative Aides and PT Assistants, fostering a collaborative environment.
5. Communicate progress, challenges, and treatment modifications with health team members.
6. Participate in care conferences & rehab planning for comprehensive patient support.
7. Educate patients and families on maintenance programs for continued healing.
8. Assist in discharge planning and recommend essential mobility equipment.

Minimum Requirements:
